Phillips Festival 2023 - from Concept to Curtain in One Day
Leslie Phillips, founder of the HCC Theater Department, simply loved theater. She relished the creative process - bringing something from the page to life. That process is the essence of this Festival. You will see an idea conceived less than 24 hours earlier, transformed into a live piece of theatrical artistry. The Festival is something amazing to experience and we hope you will join us in an evening of celebrating creative collaboration!
Remember all monies raised from this performance will go to the Leslie Phillips Fund for Theater Arts and Education at Holyoke Community College. This Fund allows the theater department to hold master classes, make capital improvements, hire guest artists - anything to enrich, enable, and expand the educational experience for Leslie's other love - her students.
